The staff were professional and extremely nice and helpful. We had a very early flight, they booked our taxi and the gentleman who worked the nightshift on the desk made us coffee and prepared some light bites for breakfast as at 4am the kitchen was closed. A big thank you to all the staff. The restaurant/bar on the top floor with the views was amazing. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. We visit the region two or three times a year and this is the hotel we will now use when we fly in/out of Reggio Calabria.

The hotel is located at the beginning of the strand, and at the beginning of Corso Garibaldi. Nice lobby, working elevator. The room was quiet with a motorized rolling window shade. Good sizes bathroom.

Gracious and helpful staff. Great breakfast in a relaxing dining room with a wonderful view . The hotel is in an excellent location for the sights ,good restaurants and trains.

We loved everything about this hotel. It's our second time staying here. The location, easy walking distance to everything. We had a lovely view of the corso and water from our balcony. There was an abundance of choices for breakfast and the staff at reception were always very helpful.

The room was very large and a slight view of the beach. The decor was dated but the room was in great condition. The location was great being only minutes from most everything. Great buffet breakfast with the best view of the sea.

Great location, very tight garage but the hotel will park it for you, nice breakfast on the top floor, next door to the archeology museum, at the beginning of the promenade and the Corso

Great location, 2 min walk from the train station with an amazing view on the coast. Room was very clean, friendly and professional staff, keen to accommodate specific requests - special thank to Emanuela for her service and recommendations. I'll definitely recommend it to those who want to enjoy the city center - shops and restaurant are all located by 5/10 min walk - as well as the Museum and beach clubs on the coast.

Great central location - close to the seafront and the museum Rooms very comfortable - we were upgrade to a suite - very spacious Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice Also a very good restaurant for dinner Staff were very pleasant and helpful

Hotel in excellent location, just a short walk to restaurants and shops etc. Hotel and staff both excellent and helpful, would definitely stay again

Lovely stay, rooms could use an update but location, hospitality and view of Etna from the restaurant outweighs this.
